At Tatvya, we ensure that what you consume is as real as nature intended. Every batch of our Raw Forest Honey undergoes rigorous quality checks at Advanced Analytical Testing Laboratory, a government-registered and ISO 9001:2015 certified lab. Backed by M/s. MURAT SUPERFOODS, our honey is scientifically proven to be free from added sugar syrups, preservatives, or heat treatments, retaining all its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and healing properties.
Step - 01
We begin with fresh, pure A2 milk from indigenous Bachaur cows, known for their high-quality, digestible milk.
Step - 02
The milk is naturally fermented overnight to make curd — just the way our ancestors did it, with no shortcuts or additives.
Step - 03
Using the traditional Bilona process, we slowly hand-churn the curd in earthen pots to extract wholesome makhan (butter).
Step - 04
The makhan is gently cooked on low heat to separate golden ghee — rich in aroma, nutrients, and purity.
